Take your winnings away, Lame
Very disappointed in Bettabets, I spend anything from R2000 to R8000 a month on them,my problem with them is, I got a R30 bonus to play on betta numbers or sport, so I played the betta numbers, after I did do my play through, played it 100% back and then some, I got a R150 win on Betta numbers, and of That I couldn't withdraw because I had open bets, but some bets were after 23:59,and after 23:59 they took my winnings because I didn't withdraw before 23:59 AFTER I ALREADY PLAYED 100% back my play through, but they won't let me withdraw because I had open bets?? A win is a win and you won that money, so basically they just *****ing your wins back!? Well if they want to loose a regular good customer over R150 then so be it? Hollywood bets, Supersport bets, all of them you can withdraw immediately? I will rather spend the money elsewhere other casino, because this is just *******. There client service is really bad and they never gave me the cashback on your losses as they said, never? Did enloy the casino but I won't play them again, after spending 1000's of Rands, they will still take your winnings of R150... That's so so lame, never play with them again.

Not cool for what you spend
Ive been playing with supersportbet for a while now,i do spend quite few thousend a month on the site,but when you get free spins on the game cash vault it freezes and you loose your spins for some reason? I had at a stage over 200 free spins,like i say i spend a few thousend a month,and then they decided to upgrade the site for almost a week and i lost All that spins...and it happens often that the game or site freeze and i have to start over,vut it only happens on that one game? I spoke to live chat they werent any help so,site not bad but customer service is bad...so i would recomend other betting sites.

Nothing from ITC
I was hoping they could help me get off dept Counseling,I paid them almost R1500 for the past 6 months but I haven't heard anything from them since I started to the finish. I'm still where I am 6 months ago,and nothing from there side...

Poor Poor service.
I contacted Tandem credit relief services for assistance to get my name of dept counseling,I was told by them its a court order that needs to be taken of my name,they gave me a quote of R4312,50 and by that the court order would be removed after payment. I payed the amount off and it's over a year LATER AFTER I payed them,still nothing has changed,I'm still where I was over a year later. I contacted them after I haven't heard anything from them over 4months and I was told I still have to settle outstanding amounts before they can complete with court order on my name,but I was never told that from the beginning and they just accepted my payment with of absolutely nothing further happened. I was told by them the reason for them not contacting me is because the person that was handling my case is no longer working for them,so basically they just took the money and yes looks like that's it for me,after I spoke to them a few days ago,they don't even have the decency to come with a solution on my case. Very very poor customer service and I'm out of over R4000. I asked for a refund but was told it's non refundable. I payed nothing...

Rental from Tempist car hire
I rented a car from Tempist car hire in Sandton (Europcar) I rented a car from Sandton to drop off at Knysna branch. I did a rental for 2 days only and was told I can drop the car at Knysna branch. Sunday morning when I wanted to drop the car I could not find the branch. Monday morning I try to locate the branch and after phoning customer service I was told the branch in Knysna closed down a while ago. So then they charge me for an extra day rental which is over R800 and an extra R300 for coming to collect the car from me to take to the Plet branch and that's after I payed R2500 to drop car in Knysna. And then after I got my invoice on mail, the charged me for another ****m on which they told me that I get a 1200km free they only gave me ****m free and charged me for the other ****m. So for what I was supposed to get R4300back on dep I got nothing of the deposit back and the car basically costed me R7800 for 2days rental!!?? So please do avoid renting cars from them.
