No delivery or communication on order.

I please need to warn people of going onto this website to buy parts for your apple computers, like screen covers etc... They do not answer email, they do not answer phone calls, nor do they return any phone calls or messages! How can you run a business like this?? I ordered an item with express delivery as they promise but nothing has arrived three day later nor is there any communication on updates or status of the order!
