Tanker services driver damaged my car

On the 30 September 2015, tanker services truck hit my car just before the N1 off ramp in Strijdom park, i reported the incident and the manager of the driver promised that the company will pay for the damages. i provided them with all the documents they required and they told me they will get back to me once the claim has been processed, ever since i have been the one calling wanting to know whats going on but they were referring me from one person to another. for the past two weeks they were telling me that Johannes has the final say and when i called him he told me that i am not suppose to call him Hannelie is the one handling the case, i called Hannelie and she told me that she cant do anything until Johannes gives her a go ahead, she advised that she send him urgent emails but he still did not reply to them. i sent a email yesterday and no one replied to the email.
