BAD service

I had a terrible experience at Tasko sweet store Alberton New Redruth, I walked in the store today around 13;00pm ,2 ladies in the shop were busy parking the stock they were not welcoming. I roam around the shop looking for help I kept asking them for help I snapped and got irritated by their behavior because of no sense of agent, they ignore me and continue to chat on their own. I told them I am not happy with their behavior and left the store. 1 light skin lady came on followed me and threaten to beat me up, she clearly started that I am lucky because she's on a uniform. That kind of behavior is totally unacceptable I cannot threaten nor intimidated because of someone that lack customer service services skills. I did not personally attack her; I just raised my concerned and frustrations because of poor service I don't understand why she acted so unprofessional and even followed me outside the shop to threated me.

Please deal with your stuff before I open the case of assault and ************.
