I placed an order with Taste of Cannabis four days ago online and to date I have received nothing no delivery, no meaningful tracking information, and absolutely no response to my calls or emails.
Once payment was made, communication stopped entirely. I cannot track my order, and customer support is simply non-existent. This raises serious concerns about whether the business is operating responsibly or at all.
It is unacceptable for a company to take customers’ money and then go silent. At this point, I am questioning whether my order is even being processed or if this is a case of customers being ignored once payment clears.
I am demanding immediate feedback, either with a clear delivery update or a refund. If this is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
This has been a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience.
