I placed an order with Taste of Cannabis four days ago online and to date I have received nothing no delivery, no meaningful tracking information, and absolutely no response to my calls or emails. Once payment was made, communication stopped entirely. I cannot track my order, and customer support is simply non-existent. This raises serious concerns about whether the business is operating responsibly or at all. It is unacceptable for a company to take customers’ money and then go silent. At this point, I am questioning whether my order is even being processed or if this is a case of customers being ignored once payment clears. I am demanding immediate feedback, either with a clear delivery update or a refund. If this is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further. This has been a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience.
Oh my goodness, I am not sure whether you want to take my parcel as your own or what, but I have received zero effort regarding my query. It is so frustrating that the tracking events just say "in transit." This is a horrible delivery service.
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Aramex. My parcel has been rescheduled for delivery three days in a row. Two days ago, I updated my phone number to ensure the driver could contact me, yet on the day of delivery, the driver still called the wrong number! Despite my efforts to rectify the issue, I am now told the delivery will be rescheduled again. This level of inefficiency and lack of communication is unacceptable. I just want my package delivered without further delays or complications. Aramex, please improve your service!

I ordered 3 items and paid for them online at sheet-street and i got 2 items I was not even informed what happened to my third items, i so disappointed with the stores consumer service.
