Don’t bother calling them,
They can Literally cancel their telephone lines no one ****ing answers…. No man We honestly considered you guys taking over our current courier, i don’t want my clients to struggle like this!

MTE Express quick and very friendly Driver
MTE was used by Jungle Aquatics for our efficient order last 2 days Big shout out for the excellent service Also the driver, I missed his name, nevertheless what a Friendly super guy

Express way to an accident
Yesterday, the driver of an MTE Xpress vehicle travelling down Koeberg Rd towards the suburb of Tableview did not wait his turn and merge into the lane as per etiquette and road rules. Instead, in bumper to bumper traffic and in the rain, he insisted on forcing his way on the left hand side of y car and push his way into the lane. At first I stood my ground, and his not yield as I am not required to, but he continued to force his way into the lane without an indicator in an aggressive manner, almost causing an accident and serious damage to my car. I had passengers as well as my 12 yr old daughter in the car. We took photos of the vehicle and have dash cam footage, as well as witnesses. I called the company and reported this incident. I am appalled at the manner in which this driver acted. He happened to drive almost to my home road and when I stopped and asked him why he drove in this dangerous manner he ignored me and carried on collecting parcels, all while the next client he was collecting from laughed their heads off. Disgusting behaviour, I will be laying a case of reckless endangerment on the road this morning.

Damaged delivery by MTE express
I would like to lodge a complaint against MTE Express for delivering my parcel damaged and l tried resolving the issues with them but no win. They are not even willing to meet me half way

Worst courier service by far.
Very unprofessional, my parcel should have been delivered a week ago, nobody answers their phones when you are trying to do a follow up. They block your emails when you ask when you are going to receive your delivery... I will not recommend that any company use MTE Xpress.....

Worst courier service
Worst experience ever. Don't use this company. Between this courier company and Shimmeryglo (the place that I ordered a product from). Both are a S C A M. The "so called delivery driver" - if he's real, he delivery company keeps calling after office hours (even at 20:00) and then marks it as a “failed delivery” when I don’t answer. Who would think to answer at 8pm for a delivery. On another day they called once, didn’t try again, and still marked it as failed. I just so happened to be on another call. When I returned the call within 30 seconds today, the driver said they had already left. How convenient.
