Worst courier service by far.
Very unprofessional, my parcel should have been delivered a week ago, nobody answers their phones when you are trying to do a follow up. They block your emails when you ask when you are going to receive your delivery... I will not recommend that any company use MTE Xpress.....

Worst courier service by far.
Very unprofessional, my parcel should have been delivered a week ago, nobody answers their phones when you are trying to do a follow up. They block your emails when you ask when you are going to receive your delivery... I will not recommend that any company use MTE Xpress.....

Worst courier service
Worst experience ever. Don't use this company. Between this courier company and Shimmeryglo (the place that I ordered a product from). Both are a S C A M. The "so called delivery driver" - if he's real, he delivery company keeps calling after office hours (even at 20:00) and then marks it as a “failed delivery” when I don’t answer. Who would think to answer at 8pm for a delivery. On another day they called once, didn’t try again, and still marked it as failed. I just so happened to be on another call. When I returned the call within 30 seconds today, the driver said they had already left. How convenient.

MTE Press 0873781591was suppose to deliver my parcel but my husband was informed that the package was ****** due to break in and that they will refund me that was last month. I sent an email no response.

Undelivered Parcel
Oh my goodness, I am not sure whether you want to take my parcel as your own or what, but I have received zero effort regarding my query. It is so frustrating that the tracking events just say "in transit." This is a horrible delivery service.

MTE express unprofessional.
My order was meant to be delivered as it says on the tracking and I even called to confirm, and it was said that the driver will deliver before 17:00. At 17:25 I recieve an email saying delivery failed. My order from out on delivery to in transit. Bad service ever and unprofessional staff.

MTE express unprofessional.

Don't use MTE Xpress courier services.
These jokers were supposed to deliver a parcel from Cape Town last week. It never arrived. It took more than 20 phone calls to very unmotivated call cntr today to try and follow up. Almost impossible to contact MTE. My advise. Don't use MTE. They are a far cry from others in the business.

Don't use MTE Xpress courier services.
