If I could give zero I would , I bought a Defy 559L Fridge side by side at Makro this past Monday It does Not cool both sides, what a disappointment And I had to go to Makro, who logged a call for an outsourced Technician to assess a new fridge. Then I can decide, repair, replace, credit or refund What nonsense, well, no word from Defy So, at my expense I'll take it back to Makro tomorrow Surely this is Not rocket science, oh yes, and I paid R11000 and now the games I just want my money back I grew up with this brand You can Rely on Defy Definitely Not anymore

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in Mosselbay last week We actually slept on the train in the bay, real coaches with a magic Restaurant and Pub in the front Wow, at R260 per night per person including a fruit and cereal breakfast. Magic. Definitely not luxurious BUT clean and a safe place to sleep The staff; absolutely fantastic. Add one of the cleanest beaches 20meters away Fantastic

One hour spent on various tests, checks, etc... extremely thorough Vikash himself and office staff extremely professional My new glasses is perfect. And today I even get a call to ask if everything is going well Highly recommend, way more attention than any of my quick tests at the shopping mall ones
Sadly I am writing a negative comment for a Company that I have supported for 11 years AND again this week. Another new contract on a 2025 Ford Here is my gripe, let's see if I am unreasonable I sold my NP200, it's current tracker contracts end in June, only R 125 pm I bought a new Ford Bakkie, fitted a new Tracker at R 179 per month So, I asked can the cancellation costs be waived on the sold vehicle. Answer, early cancel is R1500, but offered R750 Yet I can continue paying the R125 for 5 more months, less than the 750. Car is gone Yet I brought new business Add our Fortuner and Hilux currently over R480 for the 2 for many years How can this be right, for the record I have never missed a payment in 11 years Positive - I do like the product But this is a one way thing, N0 consideration for my loyalty Tracker, now read this complaint again slowly. After more than 20 years saying Goodbye to Outsurance Sad in a way, but it boils down to cost I only have One vehicle left with them, 3 other family cars with a brokerage, not only cheaper but Zero excess Here's the thing. The TV ads make it sound that Outsurance is the cheapest by far. Maybe so, for new customers with good track record But, hey I am 61 now, so joined when I was close to 40. My loss ratio must must be hugely in favor for any insurer as excellent no claim record Point being, once you old and been loyal, well you're forgotten, taken for granted, my opinion Over 60, fit and healthy, others offer a Zero excess, off course it's worked in to the premium, but not as much as Outsurance on a small little Bakkie This is Not a Complaint, as they were always a phone call away and when we did have a claim years ago, it was sorted. Definitely one of the biggest.
