The new ownership of *Taste of punjab* in lenasia ext 8 has the worse service ever. We purchased a family platter consisting of a full chicken , which was raw .Upon requesting that we want a refund , the lady managing the place spoke very abruptly . According to her, the chicken was grilled on high heat and thats how its supposed to be cooked and the blood of the chicken bone was cooked which is not true. She further argued and insisted that we bring certificates to show that we know what we were talking about . She then served us the same raw chicken that we returned , and we told her that we didnt want it,we want a refund and she refused to give us a refund and told us we were low budget people and we were desperate for money. This is a very inappropriate way of speaking to customers and after robbing us of R300 for a full chicken this is the service we received.
