Turned away at Tataki Parkrand

We were seated just after 19h00 and were told that their buffet is closed because they only have 2 chefs and people were waiting. We come here often because of the buffet and have never been turned away. Even when we had 25 people for a special occasion. So disappointed!!!! They have lost my business.
