Tavcor Suzuki Port Elizabeth
Took my new Suzuki S-presso on the 13th of March to sort out a mic issue that I believe is a recurring issue with this specific car. The guys assessed the car and informed me that I could take it, and they will possibly call me if they need to assess it again, as it will be escalated. I called them today and spoke to the advisor, who said he will call me back... He didn't. 2 hours later I called and asked for him, and nothing materialised. I am still waiting. I can see some damage on the mic unit, and I'm still waiting for feedback.
