I've done a ******** record check on Monday, the 1st December (paid for a 24-hour result) to start e-hailing for extra income and Afiswitch, and Huru cannot give a timeframe??? Apparently, they've been offline. I cannot generate an income until this more than a week issue is resolved??

Ordered my line 10days ago, whatsapp messages phone calls. They tell me frog foot is having issue but my neighbour had his line installed with access, via frog foot.
Very deceptive and sly..... Had a 2.5km trip from home to work, usually R27. Looked at my trip it stated R27 selected eft payment and continued to book a cab. Driver arrived got to work only to find out they charged R51 for a R27 trip. Brought the matter up with automated customer support. They insist the price is correct. Not the first issue last issue was driver not having change, in my opinion not my problem... He then did not give me change for the trip. Complained on customer care.... They say I'm supposed to have change, to me that doesn't make sense. I'll just have to stop using bolt I suppose
Network down, no reply on the WhatsApp platform. In fact that platform is useless. Tried all the troubleshooting tips, no luck. Waiting for someone to contact me
Can someone please help me understand how one can pay R50 for a sim swap and not receive an invoice that states that I've paid???? I visited Telkom at the bridge yesterday, asked for a sim swap they then told me it's R50 that I paid... They initially told me the printer is broken and can't print. They promised to email it but they didn't. I go in today, now they can print. But there is no amount on the slip? That to me is a little suspicious. Please can someone explain
The 5G network has been erratic for the past 3 days, with the network working in waves. This is not what I've been paying for. Please assist or explain what's going on.
Just sharing the worst repair process ever. I booked my device in for a repair in warrantee on the 28th of April (job #20389880), it came back with the same issue. booked it back in on the 3rd of August (job #20472295) it came back without my sim trays? They then had to re-book the device on the 31st of August hoping to get my sim tray back. I've currently spent half a year without my device. This is honestly not what I call service. Please can someone assist?? Now the Sim tray is on back order, when will i receive my device???
Just got the new rain one but can’t use the 4g sim to make a call as advertised. No response as usual from Rain network when trying to contact through the app
No contact as yet from rain, entire day bad reception and no network, no internet either.
