Huru... The useless reports they give
They do provide a service, but the report they give you is not worth the time or effort. The report I got was not helpful or accepted by employers or embassies, instead they requested a SAPS 69 that they promise to deliver within 10 to 14 working days but today 5 March 2026 21 working days later... Endless emails dancing around the topic but no real answers

Challenge with my finger prints
Thank you to Vinny and Mpho. Despite the fact that my fingerprints were proving quite challenging to capture, Mpho remained incredibly patient and determined to get them verified. I really appreciate the persistence and the great service.

Perthetic service from HURU
HURU is the most unprofessional service ever! You pay for something like fingerprints and they are forever offline!!! Then when they finally online you find out that the centre you went to etc Postnet, no longer has you on their system as they only keep your results for a month! Then when you email huru itself you wait forever for a response. Their service is perthetic I'm sorry to say! It's the same everytime!

Absolutely shocking; no time frame is given. I've done a ******** record check on Monday, the 1st December (paid for a 24-hour result) to start e-hailing for extra income and Afiswitch, and Huru cannot give a timeframe??? Apparently, they've been offline. I cannot generate an income until this more than a week issue is resolved??

I am not happy with you huru
Why my report from uHuru when I checked it come hit but my clearance from police station I said I'm not convinced on crime my name is clear and I saps 69 ... but huru said hit what can I do in this situation am not happy I think you want our money only thing you know not said submit any document for a proof that your name is clear
