Worst Online store
I have been new client of FTN, believe when I say it the worst service I have ever received from any online company. I brought 200g dried Morella cherries at heavy of R380. I got send 70g pack. When I realised something is wrong I wrote an email to Kayleen a so called team leader, that consumed the 70g cherries but I would like something to happen about the outstanding 130g I was owned? I was told she will send me a 200g packet and that the 70g is so called gift which immediately made me feel like a ***** trying ***** from FTN. Long story short, no cherries and no money back in my account, accountant is on holiday I surpose. I highly recommend people not to buy with these people, they rude and very poor on delivering good service, but there prices speak of 5star experience. Delivery is ever so slow with Dawn wing, take almost 21days to deliver your goods Best of all I still wait for operation manager or CEO to call me give very clear explanation. It's not happening.

Uber don't do custermor service
I left my whole bag in uber. They where simply not prepared to help. They told me i had to call the police. They didn't want to give the police the nesssary details. Really shocking.

Uber support the worst ever
I had the most terible exprience with uber, on the 19 September i left my whole man \bag in a Uber driver verhicle. I have had fraudlent activity on my banking account, thanks to this very dishonest uber driver. Uber support just say the driver say there is no bag in the back of the car. please understand my ID, passport, purse, and the phone i used to order the uber was left in the verhicle. I will never ever make use of uber in south africa every again.

Very RUDE< UNPROFFENSIONAL
I also had the miss fortune to speak and deal with Ms y fourie, what a very rude women, I made unfortunely made a mistake by pay money amount of 2600 in there account, it was seriously honest mistake o my word!!!!!!!!!! I was accused from being defrauding them and 4 weeks later I still have not received my payment back.
