An update to my previous post on Tax Relax. I went to Absa Bank and cancelled my debit order. Of course, the debit order amount has to stay the same in order for the cancellation to remain effective. Of course, I was aware that Lynette Haylock (contact number ********** 585or ********** ) changes the debit orders by a few Cents so that they go through. This is once again fraud, and Sagepay allows these debit orders to go through. As I fully expected, Lynette Haylock - who is solely responsible for loading the debit orders for Tax Relax, debited my account this month. This despite them having failed to file my taxes after having debited my account for an entire year and me cancelling my account. I have now been in touch with The Hawks regarding this company, and will be laying a charge against Lynette Haylock along with some other clients who have come forward. She, along with Raymond, who is a driver but calls himself the sole director of Tax Relax in court papers, and Neville Gruskin, who complains about not having enough money to pay maintenance because of the bad luck that Tax Relax has had, all deserve to be behind bars. Sagepay is as guilty. There is no authorisation for the new amount on my account, and when I phoned them, they were most, most, most unhelpful. Indifferent is the word that comes to mind.
