Anyone wanting to join Planet Fitness My Gym in Meadowdale, do not do it. The air conditioning does not work, and the staff have been trained to lie to your face - they say that someone was there today to check it out. This is not true. It is a lie and I have learnt that they have not had airconditioning since 2017. Doors cannot be opened because its too cold. I have invited Gideon, who is a very important person at that petridish, to work out with me at peak hours, in order to see who will faint first. I am not holding my breath for him to take me up on my offer.
Planet Fitness My Gym do not have air conditioning in their gym. When I joined in July last year, I was told its being fixed. I have been repeatedly told this since then. The gym becomes filled to capacity and it cannot possibly be healthy to work out in a gym where there is absolutely no ventilation. I have been told it will be fixed by tomorrow. I do not believe it for a second because I have been told this so many times. This is the gym in the Meadowdale centre. I regret joining. Will be cancelling and will just pay the cancellation fee. We are getting a health inspector out there also. My opinion? If you want to hate going to gym, and dread going, then do not join this gym. Planet Fitness My Gym in Meadowdale.
Planet Fitness My Gym in Meadowdale is a hot bed for the Covid virus. There is NO airconditioning in that gym. Obviously the GM (who needs to be fired for gross negligence) has taught the staff there to lie. Whenever we ask the staff about the air conditioning, we are told it will be fixed soon or sometime this year. That place gets incredibly hot, and can you imagine working out at 2pm breathing in everyone's CO2. The sanitiser at the door is the real deal, however, the sanitiser inside the gym is some watered down garbage that is Covid resistant. The cleanliness of that gym is really low. I use the stairs regularly in my workouts, and the same dirt has been on those for three weeks. Planet Fitness Meadowdale GM - HELLLLOOOOO we are in pandemic. I feel that a full investigation needs to be conducted into the way that gym is run, and also the rumours - and this his hearsay - that staff are regularly fired there for stupid reasons, needs to be investigated. I will be contacting the Health Department to come and check that gym out - the sanitisers there definitely need looking into.
Do not waste your money buying the Genesis Easy Sew Machine. It is very poorly made. Today, I am giving up on this machine forever, and I only bought it recently. The bobbin holder is the epitome of shoddy workmanship. The needle keeps hitting the bobbin holder. Had it repaired for R500 last week, and now it is doing it again. Rather, buy the Empisal sewing machine for R1 600.00 -only R300 than this piece of absolute rubbish.
Did you open your company to waste people's time? When one phones, one must enter one's ID Number, then a password, then about 15 more numbers to get to an agent. Then when one gets to an agent, EVERYTHING must be repeated. I cannot send emails, so all I need is to have my mailbox increased. This is impossible for your messed up call centre. Been cut off whilst waiting after explaining everything. The twit that I was dealing with did not call back. Now I am holding on again, because of course we are just idiots. YOU TRY CALLING YOUR CALL CENTRE. Your company is so mismanaged that it is enough to turn me into a raging lunatic. I CANNOT SEND EMAILS. CLOSE YOUR COMPANY DOWN . I AM CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION.
Anyone even thinking to buy this machine, I am begging you to listen to me. I am a fairly small business and therefore need my funds to buy stock. (I sell gas appliances.) I took in over R20 000 on the weekend, and what does Ikhokha pay me today? R8 000. Over Easter I waited for over six days for my money. It is easier to ask your client to do an immediate eft. Ikhokha is NOT your friend in business. They are only in business for themselves. I tried speaking to the GM before, but obviously he does not speak to the customers who are mere peasants. It is my biggest regret to have been swayed to buy this machine. I was promised that I would get my money within 24 hours. This is patently untrue. Furthermore, the machine that I paid R2000 for two years ago, is now proudly on sale for R499. They say you save R1 800. 00. So exactly how much were we, the peasants, being ripped off by?
Ran numerous credits through my machine on 1 May. Ikhokha has failed to transfer my monies to me - 4 days later. So now they are earning interest on this money as well and they hefty chunk they take off of your earnings. I need my money to buy stock for my business but cannot do so thanks to ikhokha. When I called today I was told that the money will be in tomorrow the latest. Really? Five full days later. Be careful of this company. I will be asking my clients to do eft's in future. At least I get the funds within 24 hours.

They fail to mention that their systems are a disaster and waiting for anything from them is a waste of time. Do not hold your breath because you will die of asphyxiation. The only way that they could possibly have landed a contract with Vodacom is because they misrepresented themselves. I signed a contract with Vodacom on Monday for fibre uncapped wifi. Vumatel we amazing and my installation was done almost instantly. Ram Couriers were supposed to deliver my router. Yes, I know. Blah Blah blah. Public holidays, Weekends, blah boring blah. Ram clearly does not work on working days either. I am buying data because useless, inept, futile, joke of a company Ram does not deliver on any day as far as I can make out. They have been pushed, prodded, poked, pleaded with and still no router. It is beyond my comprehension that Vodacom would associate itself with a company that treats its customers in such a manner. Ram Hand To Hand Couriers, please ALL hand in your resignation (do not courier it via Ram - it will never get there) because all of you are unemployable. Now, run along, go on your lengthy smoke breaks whilst customers wait for over a week for you to deliver something. VODACOM - FIRE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. JUST DO IT. YOU DO NOT WANT ALIGN YOURSELF WITH A COMPANY WHO IS AS USELESS AS THIS RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS.
I signed a contract for uncapped wifi with Vodacom on Monday. I still do not have this up and running despite Vumatel being amazing and installing the fibre connection almost immediately. Ram Couriers, which has to be the most useless, inefficient, inept company in South Africa, has failed to deliver my router. Yes, I know. Public holidays. Weekends. Shame. Why on earth would Vodacom associate itself with such a **** company. I say all the employees of Ram need to be fired and get someone in there who can do their job. So they do not deliver on public holidays. Nor on weekends, and clearly also not on working days. So what does Ram Couriers actually do? Get massive contracts, promise the world and then treat Vodacom customers as if we are garbage and a burden on them. I am sorry that I have been expecting you to deliver my router - sorry to be a pain, sorry that I expect anything from Ram Couriers. For those considering taking a contract from Vodacom, first ask if they have fired Ram Couriers. If not, you will, like me, sit without your router for probably forever, they will need to be chased and prodded and poked,, and since Monday is a working day, and clearly Ram Couriers does not work on working days either, I will be without data (Which I am buying now despite having a contract in place) like I am . I know without setting foot inside the Ram Courier offices that all the staff take long smoke breaks, are unemployable and should all be fired, and Ram Couriers should close down. Inept. Inefficient. Useless. Futile. Pointless. Purposeless. Offers absolutely no value. Vodacom. FIRE RAM COURIERS. IMMEDIATELY. AND PLEASE GIVE THIS WORK TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK. Why would Vodacom associate themselves with a company which probably does not even have a single core value apart from being useless. Worse than Eskom and I never thought that would be possible.
What a laughable, useless, valueless pile of garbage this company is. My dog's **** lying on the lawn is worth more than even one of the utterly useless employees of this idiotic, *****ic company. Tried to pay for a hotel booking today. Have to to do it through them, because God forbid that you can nowadays book directly with a hotel and save yourself some money. A window opens on the page, obviously drawn up by the useless, *****ic employees they have in that tiny company - and it asks for you to login, and highlights three blocks in red - what one must put into those blocks not even God Himself knows. Called the company, and held on forever for Customer Service. NO REPLY. I am then told no answer on that line. So Sure**** does not actually have a customer service department. One person dealing with customers, and that person was .... let me guess. Having an issue in the Ladies, or out for a smoke. Hotels and Lodges - listen up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. OASIS LODGE in Wolmaransstad lost my booking thanks to Sure****. USELESS. ONE MAN BAND, WHY CANNOT I NOT BOOK DIRECTLY WITH HOTELS? BECAUSE SURE**** WANT THEIR CUT.
