Irresponsible Long Distance Drivers

The Tembisa Polokwane long distance taxi association should consider looking into security checks for the taxis traveling long distances, I mean how does a long distance driver not have a spare wheel knowing very well that they are going to embark on a journey of over 300ks??? We had to sit on the side on the N1 for over 2 hours and the driver had no plan of action as to how we will get out of that situation and some people in that taxi had small children and there where also elderly people and this was very inconsiderate and it was a great inconvenience to us as passengers. May the long distance taxi association please look into this matter because when we hike for lifts the very same irresponsible long distance drivers abuse the private car drivers but yet the service we get from them is really bad because it's like they don't even care as long as they get the money.
