Disgusting Claim Service.
Since Ludwig left the company, their service is terrible. I recently had a claim and ended up doing all their work with the insurance company. It seems all their staff are overworked and also look after 5 different companies. DO NOT insure your vehicle with them!

I would recommend Mr Ludwig Siwa at any given day when someone is looking for a reliable car insurance. He fought for my car insurance payout from start to finish and he was very much Professional and transparent about the whole process. In the end I was indeed a happy client and still am.

Thanks Ludwig for assist with my accident claim against third party
I just want to express my utmost gratitude to Ludwig who assisted me a great deal when my Bolt car got bumped. Ludwig assisted me with many questions that I had and was always ready to send me a Third-Party no claim letter or get our insurance involved incase the third party was being difficult. I'm happy to say that the issue got resolved without the need for my insurance to get involved as the third party became compliant all thanks to all the advise I received from Ludwig while I was handling the issue. My Kia Pegas is back in business without any issues. Thanks Ludwig.
