I had an amazing experience with Taylor made Designs when I bought my XL Beanbag. The order process was slick and efficient. I got my receipt of purchase and within a week, I received my Beanbag.

I wanted to find out how to assemble it when it came but when I couldn't get through I went to their site and looked at their FAQs and there was a super helpful video on how to assemble it. The quality and care that this bag is made with really speaks to the love that Taylor made Designs puts into their craft.
