Still waiting for delivery

My wife ordered a beanbag as a gift for our son on 4th May. Website says delivery usually within 5 days. This came and went. On 12th May we received an update that it would be dispatched within 48 hours. It is now Friday afternoon, 16th May and still no beanbag.

Terrible customer service and communication. Happy to update this review if the beanbag is couriered overnight as requested.
