Good day I'm so discussed in the service receive from MBD, they collect on behalf of Finchoice and gave me a settlement amount and now telling me I'm one month in arrears after they gave me an amount and still went to deduct the settlement amount from my bank account.
I want to resolve this matter now I called Finchoice and they said that MBD needs to close account.
Please send me my statements and call recordings and letter as I'm talking MBb to ombudsman. Puleng tells me I still owe a balance after she gave me a settlement amount and debit the amount from my bank account as discussed telephonically
