I'm very unhappy customer, i app**** for a loan at atlas finance and settled it, now that i called for a paid up letter and itc update they refuse to assist me. Good day my name is Stephanie I app**** for a loan with Mpowa finance, everything has been approved a s per the app and the application, they sent me an email to send my bank statements which I did. Now that everything is submitted and approved they advise that my first payment goes off in June. But hell no how the dam can you approve a customer and no funds was paid out this is day light *******. There is no contact number to call the call center for assistance. this Morning I'm very disgusted on the way this agent spoke to me from OUTsurance, Lebo in the legal department. She calls every day when I'm at work and when i asked her to call me later she gets rude and threatens me, when i asked her not to be rude she dropped the call in my ear. this is so pathetic one of the reasons that i cancelled the insurance, the agents are rude. when they sell you the insurance, they promise the best but not at all, yes I owe them Money and i have asked to be debited, so now that the payment went off and there wasn't enough for 2 months she is being rude oh no i will not tolerate this threats nor attitude from agents, we all working to earn and income so let us respect one another by speaking in a proper way that is why you employed or does OUTsurance train you when you in the legal department to be rude to people. please resolve this attitude and provide the balance for me to settle this account. never again.
Good day, Kindly note that I'm a very unhappy and irate customer. I have called and e-mailed Nedbank agents that was assigned to my account several times and they don't reply. i would like to settle my car finance account with MFC , but they send me from one to another not even the team Leaders or managers are available to assist. May i urgently ask that someone assist me with a settlement balance for me to close my account and update my credit profile. they are quick to handover the accounts to collections but when the customers call to wanting to pay there is always no one available to assist such poor experience i have had with this bank. i will not recommend anyone to do business with Nedbank poor services received.
