Bad Services and unreliable Tutor

I’ve had the worst experience with this tutoring academy. You pay for lessons a month in advance (debit order), then the lessons are not provided as scheduled, the tutor will ignore your texts and their support line makes empty promises. I’m literally chasing after the company so they can provide the lessons I paid for. Sad part is my child really needs the lessons and now the lessons are not happening. I’m so disappointed in this company because I trusted them and thought they were a legitimate business.
