Bad Services and unreliable Tutor
I’ve had the worst experience with this tutoring academy. You pay for lessons a month in advance (debit order), then the lessons are not provided as scheduled, the tutor will ignore your texts and their support line makes empty promises. I’m literally chasing after the company so they can provide the lessons I paid for. Sad part is my child really needs the lessons and now the lessons are not happening. I’m so disappointed in this company because I trusted them and thought they were a legitimate business.

Rude and Unprofessional Customer Agent
I got bad and unprofessional service from an agent of Cartrack today, i waited 5min to be transferred to 3 different people and at the end I was told the Accounts people left work early.

Unprofessional & Unethical Conduct plus False Advertising
Hi, I bought a headboard & 2 pedestals at Rochester in Polokwane (Savannah Mall) a month ago, I made a cash payment. My furniture has not been delivered and it has been a month now. When I call to query, their consultants show lack of care and told me ill get the staff when they have it. They are unprofessional and unethical,rude to clients. I have called their Head office and no one has helped me. Instead they told me "unlike clothing stores,we don't keep stock for clients". Please stop selling things you do not have, it is false advertising because the furniture I bought is still on their website for sale but I cannot receive my stock. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this store
