Not paying deposits back, SCAM

Moved out of the property end September 21, Together with owner they were contacted and agreed to pay the deposit back immediately. So after lots of Mails and watsapps and phone calls I am no blocked minus my deposit. Went to there office’s in Highveld which is empty. Big scam and in my opinion i think that trust money is disappearing, that can be the only reason i see they not paying out deposits. I will however be contacting the Ombudsman.
