Not paying deposits back, SCAM
Moved out of the property end September 21, Together with owner they were contacted and agreed to pay the deposit back immediately. So after lots of Mails and watsapps and phone calls I am no blocked minus my deposit. Went to there office’s in Highveld which is empty. Big scam and in my opinion i think that trust money is disappearing, that can be the only reason i see they not paying out deposits. I will however be contacting the Ombudsman.

I do not understand why they do not close this company down because it is just a huge scam. First, my landlord was not getting paid her rent and now I am struggling to get my deposit back. They keep promising that they will solve the matter, it's been more than three months now. I have taken the matter to the Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal and if this fails, I will look for another alternative. Do not ever sign a contract with this agent!!!

Deposit refund Thabiso/Lindelwa 0783952020 I am not please with the treatment received from this company. We were assisted by a lady named Make Papaya to secure a place for my family to stay at Reopark Centurion. To our surprise the place doesn’t not have friendly neighbors. We were harassed on our arrival, neighbors asking us to keep to ourself and not to be in their space. I was disgusted by the ordeal as black people in a white community we felt uncomfortable and thereafter asked Maka Papaya the agent to please find us another place to stay. We waited with no feedback. We therefore took it upon ourselves to find a new place where we could feel comfortable and not harassed as a black couple in try to start a life of our own. I am appalled by how they’ve treated us. They refusing to refund us our deposit even though we have not stayed at the flat.

Team1 Waterfront dont pay back deposits
t's been more 2 months that we moved out of a rental house and they have still not repaid our deposit. At first they made promises then they made excuses and now they are just blocking all communication. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails or letter of demands! It's absurd to think that companies like this would steal from clients in these financial difficult times or even at all. They are self centered and anyone signing a contract with them should definitely reconsider their choice! I know of others in the same boat as me with Team 1 Waterfront.

Team 1 Waterfront using people's property for their own benefit.
I appointed Team 1 Waterfront to manage my property and to receive rental on my behalf from tenants who stay on my property. This Real estate company is the worst when it comes to payment. Me and several property owners that I recommended to that company, we haven't been paid for 3 to 4 months, which is unacceptable cause the tenants pay on time but when it's time for the company to pay the owners it's becomes a problem. I've tried calling them several times on their personal numbers and they don't answers my calls. Lockdown is not an excuse cause work can still be done at home. Please help.

Team 1 Waterfront using people's property for their own benefit.

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy
Very disappointing and unprofessional! Rent is not paid over that is owed! Its the 16th of the month and they still owe me money! No one in charge answers calls, emails, watsapps etc. Every month is like this! Avoid!!

Shocking service from Audrey and Team 1 Waterfront
Please avoid doing business with Audrey and Team 1 Waterfront. I wish I had read other Hello Peter reviews. Audrey receives the rental from tenants but does not pay it to the landlords. I called the Estate Agency Board and I was told that Audrey -Team 1 Waterfront is not even registered. How long will Audrey be allowed to work in the industry?

Please avoid doing business with Audrey and Team 1 Waterfront. I wish I had read other Hello Peter reviews. Audrey receives the rental from tenants but does not pay it to the landlords.
