I would like to thank Lindi Malema for assisting me with my claim...I was claiming as a third party and Lindi handled the case very well. She is patient,advises properly and is easy to reach out. I suggest outsurance to make clients write a review about their claims so they can get the whole story,these panel beaters are arrogant and it seems they know they will continue getting business even though they treat some customers bad! Otherwise I am happy with Outsurance and the consultant that helped me.
I do not recommend them,all they had to do was quote the insurance for additional damages which was obviously not visible on the photos because the assessment was done using photos.They are unavailable when you need feedback...only call you when they done which doesn't help because not everything is fixed when you get there and that's exactly what they want...
I got the help I needed... My car broke down and miway was able to bring a tow car in time
I took in my car for service the 8th of April, when I fetched the car, my boot was broken.Talked to the manager and he agreed to fix the boot. Took the car twice but it couldn't get fixed.. They since asked to call me back when they have stock, it's June already. Their phones dnt get answered!! I am just writing this to warn others of they their 0% accountability.. After I paid 4K plus for service that resulted in a broken boot.
I do not understand why they do not close this company down because it is just a huge scam. First, my landlord was not getting paid her rent and now I am struggling to get my deposit back. They keep promising that they will solve the matter, it's been more than three months now. I have taken the matter to the Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal and if this fails, I will look for another alternative. Do not ever sign a contract with this agent!!!
What kind of courier company is this... They don't inform you that your goods have been dispatched. I received a call around 11am by a guy by the name of Mike Mahlangu to tell me he is at the gate of our business site. The guy was rude and said I should not have him waiting... I wasn't even aware that the delivery would be today.. I had to call neighbour's and ask them to receive the goods. The guy even said if they dnt find anyone they leaving... And we pay for this service... Nonsense
I shopped at Spar Les Marais, Pretoria North on my birthday (27 Feb 2020)... The que was so long but moving very quickly. The cashiers are so friendly and effecient. I love their work ethic.
I went to KFC on Saturday evening around 8pm.I have never met such rude cashier's in my life...Me and my boyfriend bought food via their drivethru...the ladies do not greet back, they take your order with attitude...when we went through to collect the food...the lady ddnt even bother to look at us;she just put her hand out to take a look at our order and just gave us the slip back, still looking the other direction. After she gave us the food, she just walked away. I literally felt like they were actually doing me a favour and honestly, after I left, I ddnt even trust their food because I wonder how do they make that food if they not interested in selling it....I have seen bad customer service but that one, takes the cup...I dare myself not to ever go there again and to think I even bot breakfast there the same morning just ****es me off.Thumbsdown KFC
I got a call from a fraud department telling me thatan account has been opened using my lost ID. I went to Cell C and thy scaned my affidavit and told me they investigating. I have been calling Cell C since last year October to find out if I can get a letter that states my problem and they keep asking me the same things and they always tell me they will get back to me within 48 hours of which they never do. I need a letter from Cell C that shows I am not the person who opened the account because I need to apply for fraud protection<br>
