I took in my car for service the 8th of April, when I fetched the car, my boot was broken.Talked to the manager and he agreed to fix the boot. Took the car twice but it couldn't get fixed.. They since asked to call me back when they have stock, it's June already. Their phones dnt get answered!! I am just writing this to warn others of they their 0% accountability.. After I paid 4K plus for service that resulted in a broken boot.

I bought a car there 2 years back,now recently the battery of my original key has stopped working only to find out at another dealership that the spare that was given to me is not for my car, and it is faulty.I called in to get assistance from a manager unfortunately, I couldn't get assistance because the manager told me that the salesperson who sold me the car 2 yrs back is no longer working there and therefore they will not be able to assist me.I have tried to get hold of the sales person as well but without success Now I'm stuck with a car, that does not have a spare key.

My car has been there for the past 3 months for repairs and I have received nothing but shame as they are not updating me on the outcome. I am always calling and been assisted by a different person all the time with a different response, I just want my car back.

I booked my car for a service in 2020 for 45 000km and they made me pay for the parts replaced even through my car was still under service plan . I sent an email to the part manager and he replied on the 6th of April 2021 saying they are investigating it internally. Since then I have sent follow up emails but he is not attending to it . It is very frustrating

My vehicle was booked for a service and a problem was found. My warranty policy and number given and a claim submitted by KIA Wonderwaters . Im now struggling as the service adviser (Angelique) is saying that she Phoned me to say that the warranty is not going to pay for strip and assemble and that i instructed her to continues working on the problem and agreed to pay for 6hours on my account that ended up paying R5000 just on labor alone. This never happend and is the biggest lie I have ever heard. Who will let someone work on you account without asking what it is going to cost?
