My husband brought me flowers to surprise me at work, he told the agent to bring them in the morning. I received a call at 15:30 pm when I had left work that there’s netflorist at the reception, I asked them to meet me somewhere in the south of Johannesburg and they refused. I asked them so what now, they said they will leave the flowers her. That time its weekend so I received them on Monday. I am angry that they do not have a plan B when they can’t find someone. I told him never to use them again.

I called them with no hope because my car was long gone, they had a driver drive it while holding me hostage. They managed to help me within 25 minutes. My car was found in Soweto. I couldn't believe it. I guess they couldn't find the tracker. Thank you Matrix. I am your client forever.
I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor quality of the NY cap I purchased from the CROSS TRAINER store. On February 21, 2022, I purchased the cap. To my surprise, the cap has never been washed; nonetheless, the colour of the cap is already fading after only two wears. I returned the cap on April 2, 2022; nevertheless, I am dissatisfied with how the business handled my complaint. Consumers have several rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Bill of Rights, including the right to fair value, acceptable quality, and safety. It is clear that this store does not respect our rights as consumers. When I returned the cap, I was told that it would be reviewed by the manufacturer and that I would receive feedback within two weeks. After two weeks, I contacted the store again and was told by a person named Dk that I would have to wait a little longer and that she would contact me. The business had all of my contact information, yet the lady informed me via WHATSAPP that the store would not be replacing the cap or refunding my money. There was no civility and no customer service abilities. I am sure that the damage is not caused by poor handling of the items, because I understand how expensive the brand is and I take extreme care in making sure that they last long. I have been supporting this brand for years however I felt the need to express my dissatisfaction this time around. Your brand stands for great quality and class, but my experience has not proven that this time around. I am very furious with how I was handled at the shop (the cashiers need to be taken to customer etiquette training) and now they dare to communicate with me via WhatsApp, which is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I am confident that the damage was not caused by improper handling of the item because I am aware of how expensive the brand is and take great care to ensure that they last a long time. I've been a fan of this company for years, but I felt compelled to express my unhappiness this time. Your brand is synonymous with high quality and style, however, my experience has shown that this time is not the case. Now, as a customer, I will exercise my rights. I will also file a complaint with the consumer complaints board, inform my peers and relatives about my experience, and NEVER SHOP AT ANY OF THE CROSS TRAINER STORES AGAIN. I bought a car there 2 years back,now recently the battery of my original key has stopped working only to find out at another dealership that the spare that was given to me is not for my car, and it is faulty.I called in to get assistance from a manager unfortunately, I couldn't get assistance because the manager told me that the salesperson who sold me the car 2 yrs back is no longer working there and therefore they will not be able to assist me.I have tried to get hold of the sales person as well but without success Now I'm stuck with a car, that does not have a spare key.
