I called Outsurance today (17 Dec 2025) to change my address for household contents cover. I was helped by KGOMOTSO MOKWATLO, she was so incredibly friendly and efficient. It is so refreshing to talk to someone who makes you smile and feel valued. The call wait time was minimal and Kgomotso made the process quick and easy!

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy
Very disappointing and unprofessional! Rent is not paid over that is owed! Its the 16th of the month and they still owe me money! No one in charge answers calls, emails, watsapps etc. Every month is like this! Avoid!!

Amazing service!
After a terrible episode with VW Autohaus, Centurion, Menlyn was so helpful, friendly and supportive. They sold me my car and their service has been amazing the whole way! Such an awesome team! Thanks!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would!!
VW Centurion is disgusting with their service! Rude and unprofessional staff, especially the manager! If I could give less than 1 star, I would! I have been a VW owner for 8 years and never have i been so insulted and disrespected in my life! Will not recommend anyone buying a vehicle there or using their service department.
