Great guys, doing great work !
It was entirely by chance that I came across the review of Phillip by Mr. Edgecumbe and I must say I was left rather shocked as I have had quite the opposite experience with Phillip and his Team. A quick Google search on Mr Edgecumbe, reveals a rather interesting history of his manipulative "bending the rules" approach to suit his personal needs, and claiming to be the victim when called out. I suspect he was rather piqued when Philliip gave him his cumb-uppance. :)

WARNING DO NOT USE TEAM ARCHITECTS
WARNING DO NOT USE TEAM ARCHITECTS Guilty of Improper Conduct by the South African Council for the Architectural Profession. I engaged Philip Steikema founder and director of Team Architects to draw up alteration plans for my home. The experience was so bad that I was advised by my attorneys to report him to the SACAP. My complaint included: - overcharging - conflict of interest - failing to provide a contract - commissioning unnecessary third party surveys - commissioning unnecessary building works - taking money for work that he knew would not be possible to build - personal behaviour which I believe was abusive, unprofessional and unethical.
