DON'T HAVE A QUERY, THEY WILL IGNORE YOU

this business is somewhat of a shady operation. I placed an order for two items on 18/09/2024 - which they acknowledged (via email). On 03/10/2024 they emailed me saying that one of my items ordered was not available in the colour I had ordered. In that same email correspondence, they gave me the option of choosing another colour or receiving a refund. I chose REFUND. After countless emails to them (most with ZERO RESPONSE), as at 11/12/2024 I have yet to see any refund and they refuse to confirm ANYTHING with me. I URGE PEOPLE TO RESIST PURCHASING FROM THESE PEOPLE - They possess absolutely no ethical business practices whatsoever. Imagine the REPEAT customers they would get if their ethics were as high on their priority list as legit businesses?
