IGNITION GROUP - BAD NEWS
If you DO agree to purchasing something through this organization, they ADD ON to your contact all sorts of service that you likely will NEVER use. I am being debited by them every month for add-on services that I would NEVER have agreed to (because I never did and do not need them). Their administration processes for cancelling this is inefficient at best - one is transferred from one person to another. I will go so far as to state that I have been de*****ed. I am a pensione, but they don't care. Returning their Debit Orders doesn't deter them either - they just keep on FORCING you to pay for services you NEVER agreed to, nor want. NO BUSINESS ETHICS - STAY CLEAR OF THEM.

DON'T HAVE A QUERY, THEY WILL IGNORE YOU
this business is somewhat of a shady operation. I placed an order for two items on 18/09/2024 - which they acknowledged (via email). On 03/10/2024 they emailed me saying that one of my items ordered was not available in the colour I had ordered. In that same email correspondence, they gave me the option of choosing another colour or receiving a refund. I chose REFUND. After countless emails to them (most with ZERO RESPONSE), as at 11/12/2024 I have yet to see any refund and they refuse to confirm ANYTHING with me. I URGE PEOPLE TO RESIST PURCHASING FROM THESE PEOPLE - They possess absolutely no ethical business practices whatsoever. Imagine the REPEAT customers they would get if their ethics were as high on their priority list as legit businesses?

VERSOFY SOLAR IS THE RIGHT CHOICE
What an amazing experience - to receive a reasonably affordable Solar System that powers my entire 3-bedroomed home + air conditioners and swimming pool day and night. We are extremely happy with this system.

Msunduzi Municipality - Epic Failure of Service Delivery
In Eldorado Place, Prestbury, Pietermaritzburg (just off Stott Road) we have had no electricity since before 22h00 last night - it has now been 14 hours and all attempts to call the Electricity Faults line have been fruitless - no-one answers the phone (Tue 05/11/2024)
