No accountability
Aluminium frames were fitted and existing woodframe removed by Fyzel’s team. They almost brought the wall down. In fact a piece did drop. They also had the incorrect opening and then proceeded to fit it by flipping the frame around. Unbeknown to me that this would later be an issue with the wind. They took 5months to return to ‘resolve,’ after many many many text msg and phone calls. They are probably best suited for new hime installations and they have a few new guys. Wishing them better outcomes. And better follow up service.

They very good in asking for a deposit I paid 9000r and then 6000. Then I cancel with them due to circumstances, then what happened is they took me for a ride. Said they Wil not run with my money guess what they ran away with money. They thieves, hulle is skelm. Dnt trust them 43 Washington Drive Colorado The nice part is I took matters way futher, wait and see what I post next

After service none existent.
Paid over a 100k for new windows and doors in my house. Now I have leaks and doors not closing properly. Have been trying for months to get them to come and fix the problems. No luck. Bad service - Tec Glass & Aluminium
I have never met anyone as persistent as the lady from Tec Glass & Aluminium. Once the deposit was received, I got no communication from them unless I called them. Eventually I got ahold of them and the gentleman that came out to site was so rude over the phone telling me I must wait till they phone me to say they coming to fit my new windows. After waiting 4 weeks they came to do the work only to find out the glass was wrong coz the building inspector came to my house and now I cant move in my house coz they not a registered company. I'm trying to find out where there stay but didn't come right yet. Please be careful guys if who you use for this kind of stuff
