This company really has to up their game. For years now we keep having the same issues. The booking procedure is online yet the online service is horrible for something so essential. Trying to call is an issue. And you can not get an appointment until payment via web.
Stay far away. The incompetence is on another level. Lost a lot of money and had to redo my bathroom because they set the new wall hung toilet at 500. Had to remove tiles, chop into wall, remove cistern and lower it and repeat original work with completely new contractor. And Fix Forward wanted nothing to do with it.
Aluminium frames were fitted and existing woodframe removed by Fyzel’s team. They almost brought the wall down. In fact a piece did drop. They also had the incorrect opening and then proceeded to fit it by flipping the frame around. Unbeknown to me that this would later be an issue with the wind. They took 5months to return to ‘resolve,’ after many many many text msg and phone calls. They are probably best suited for new hime installations and they have a few new guys. Wishing them better outcomes. And better follow up service.
Rather spend the extra on Dulux or Plascon. Should have listened to that inner voice. I’ve tried their wall and steelwork paints and it is not worth the 4coats and extra labour cost.
