TG android TV box is just waste of money?+!
Complete waste of money. Netflix doesn't want to play, can't download Waka and we constantly have to sync the remote with the box, the original remote btw, not a different or universal one. It's eventually just gathering dust and it was actually a gift for my mom. I may as well have bought a cheap box because this just isn't worth it.

Complete waste of money. Netflix doesn't want to play, can't download Waka and we constantly have to sync the remote with the box, the original remote btw, not a different or universal one. It's eventually just gathering dust and it was actually a gift for my mom. I may as well have bought a cheap box because this just isn't worth it.

Tech Geeks - Extremely poor customer service and falsely advertised products
We bought the "TG Flex Android Box - Netflix Certified, Disney+, Primevideo supported" from Tech Geeks on Take A Lot which worked perfectly for a few months. We then bought another one which also worked fine. Now all of a sudden we are unable to watch Netflix and am getting errors on other apps which worked perfectly previously. We requested their assistance, on which Joe Stevens, the customer relations manager rep**** on how to fix the error. This did not work, another email was sent and he rep**** again with a video on how to fix the error. Still had the same issue and now no one is replying to us. We are now sitting with two of these boxes not even a year old that we cannot do anything with. They do not have any other preferred contact method. Their client service is extremely poor and the products advertised does not match with the spesifications.

Techgeeks android box is *******
Purchased this android tv box, few months later its does not play netflix, "device is not compatible" error. Its says the box is compatible but it makes me wonder.. what is strange is that the box is a TG Q5 model but on netflix the device info show its a Xiomi ? Did a reset and it worked for a month, now im back to the same issue. They do not have a website that works and i am at the point where im going to throw this ******* away. can not believe that takealot sell this! Save yourself the trouble and money.. dont buy Techgeeks !!

TV box - No Netflix
Order #159754299 My TG Flex Android Box -Netflix Certified, Disney+, PrimeVideo Supported arrived. It worked and then out of the blue last week it won't play Netflix. It says Netflix is not supported by the device? How come because I bought the device because it said Netflix certified?

Order #159754299 My TG Flex Android Box -Netflix Certified, Disney+, PrimeVideo Supported arrived. It worked and then out of the blue last week it won't play Netflix. It says Netflix is not supported by the device? How come because I bought the device because it said Netflix certified?
