I received a phone call from Razia Yousuf and spent close to an hour on the call with her due to my indecisiveness and fear of making a mistake that may gravely impact my budget. She was patient, understanding and empathic, guiding me all the way and ultimately giving me peace of mind and confidence in selecting the right plans for my furr babies. I hope that Oneplan insurance is as professional, forthcoming and thorough as she's been with me. She's brilliant in her job and they are lucky to have them as an ambassador.
Complete waste of money. Netflix doesn't want to play, can't download Waka and we constantly have to sync the remote with the box, the original remote btw, not a different or universal one. It's eventually just gathering dust and it was actually a gift for my mom. I may as well have bought a cheap box because this just isn't worth it.
I would prefer to rate the individual than the company because I am disappointed in the way Discovery Insure has handled things to date, however, one thing they did really well was hire the likes of Jennifer Nkosi. I was about to just cancel everything in my frustration but she was open, direct and understanding and calmed me down without me even realizing it. I wish more ppl were as professionally courteous. I didn't cancel everything, needless to say, but she helped me find a happy medium. Thank you Jennifer Nkosi.
I've dealt with Kate Heigan and she's been very helpful, kind and patient with me, helping me understand the process and holding my hand through it. Definitely recommend them
I must thank Zoey and The Mattress Warehouse team. Not only did I get my queen pillow top mattress at a massive saving, it was delivered in the blink of an eye. No more body aches when I wake up in the morning and the comfy nights sleep is just heavenly. I wish I knew how easy this process could be years ago.

Daylight Robbery! Shoddy and shocking!

I rented a Nissan Xtrail at the Dollar Thrifty Port Elizabeth Airport on the 7th November 2016 (15h29) to travel to Cape Town and back. I notified them that I will be returning on Friday the 11th November 2016 but was uncertain of the time. At no point did they mention that the reimbursment of the deposit or part thereof was based on specific times for the vehicle to be returned on that day. I returned the vehicle on the 11th November 2016 (17h55) and went on my merry way.

I checked my account a few days later and realised that not the full amount was refunded back to me. I contacted Dollar Thrifty to enquire and was promised a call back as no-one could assist me at the time. This never happened. I then called back the following day and was informed that my message was relayed to management but they had not responded for some reason. I then expressed my gross unhappiness and threatened to escalate the matter if I did not receive some sort of invoice or statement so that I may assess the costs etc. This by the way was supposed to be sent to me without me having to beg for it. I have finally received the statement this morning and noticed that they had charged me for an additional day. According to Charmaine at Dollar Thrifty, because the car came back over an hour later than when I received it initially, they could charge me over R1000-00. So instead of getting my R5000 deposit back, they only gave me R3000+ (I'm not sure of this amount as the statement does not accurately reflect this either,.. I just know it was 3000 and a bit). None of this was communicated to me before or after this whole thing. Is this even legal? I just can't see how it can be justified! It's just wrong. I will never use them again and I will make sure I tell everyone I come across about my experience. Shoddy and shocking!

I have tried contacting theirhead office but spent half my life waiting on hold or being transferred to everyone in the company but someone that could actually help. Then the call was eventually answered and dropped! They advertised a tv but when going to purchase it, told us it is not available in Port Elizabeth? Instead we were told that HQ decided not to send any of the said tv's to PE because PE people do not really buy them when in fact there were several other people there for the same tv and apparently 25 others already on the waiting list. What is the purpose of advertising this promotion when you don't intend to actually supply the stock for it?? The promotion is far from over however we were informed that regardless of this fact, no stock will be supplied to PE stores. This is unacceptable. Please advise when this will be sorted out and when we may go to collect the Telefunken 55inch for R4999 currently on promotion. My number is ********** and I would appreciate an urgent response. Thank you!
