BAD BAD BAD

Bad service. Bought a gaming fone that cost me R30000 and within 2 months the phone doesnt work properly. When in game it crashes. If told Tech Warehouse and they say sorry they cant help me. Tell me its a software issue and not hardware.... how do they know that when they havent inspected the phone. The phone comes with a 1 year warranty but Tech Warehouse say they cant assist me and tell me that i must let them know how they can assist me. Dont know how if they tell me they cant assist. They dont want to take the phone back and give my money back. Sooooo now im sitting with a gaming phone of R30000 thats basically a paper weight now. I will never use Tech Warehouse again.
