Excellent TECH Shop With Great Service
I couldn't express my Gratitude more With Paul and his Team at Tech Wharehouse, I am Exceptionally Happy with my Purchase. They have exceeded all Service Expectations. From the first phone call to even After my Device arrived it was all smiles. Communication is Key with them and you can ask them anything on your mind and they will see how to accommodate you. Price on Point. Communication on Point. I am completely satisfied with the whole process from the first time ordering to when the device arrived After Sales. They state everything on Receipts and Invoices where there's warranty. You can ask them for pictures and or videos of everything before hand. Shipping Details are communicated well. Safe Payment Methods are Key they have that in place as well. Overall I can Genuinely say they have gained a long term customer. Well done and keep up the Great Work, It Doesn't go Unnoticed.

BAD BAD BAD
Bad service. Bought a gaming fone that cost me R30000 and within 2 months the phone doesnt work properly. When in game it crashes. If told Tech Warehouse and they say sorry they cant help me. Tell me its a software issue and not hardware.... how do they know that when they havent inspected the phone. The phone comes with a 1 year warranty but Tech Warehouse say they cant assist me and tell me that i must let them know how they can assist me. Dont know how if they tell me they cant assist. They dont want to take the phone back and give my money back. Sooooo now im sitting with a gaming phone of R30000 thats basically a paper weight now. I will never use Tech Warehouse again.
