From the first phone call to even After my Device arrived it was all smiles. Communication is Key with them and you can ask them anything on your mind and they will see how to accommodate you. Price on Point. Communication on Point. I am completely satisfied with the whole process from the first time ordering to when the device arrived After Sales. They state everything on Receipts and Invoices where there's warranty. You can ask them for pictures and or videos of everything before hand. Shipping Details are communicated well. Defective Fridge Delivery and Unresolved Exchange (Order #220000008487 / Return Request #220000000057) **To Whom It May Concern,** I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from LG South Africa regarding a faulty refrigerator I purchased. On **31 March 2025**, I purchased an LG fridge (Order Number: **220000008487**), which was delivered to me on **3 April 2025**. Upon opening the box, it was immediately evident that the unit had **factory defects**. I contacted LG South Africa telephonically the same day and was assured that the unit would be collected and replaced with a **brand new fridge**. It has now been **over three weeks**, and despite **numerous follow-up calls, emails, and online chats**, there has been **no resolution**. I am still without a working fridge, which has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my household. The **lack of follow-through and communication** from LG South Africa is unacceptable and not in keeping with the standards expected from a global brand of your reputation. This experience has left me extremely **frustrated, disappointed**, and questioning whether I can trust LG products and customer service going forward. Please treat this matter as **urgent**. I expect immediate feedback on the status of my return (Return Request Number: **220000000057**) and a firm commitment on when a **replacement fridge will be delivered**, as originally promised. I hope to receive a swift resolution to this matter. Should there be no adequate response or action taken, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further.
