I ordered items from Onedealaday and paid an amount of R2239. 85 for it on 19 December 2025. I did not receive an invoice or tracking number from them. I have been on WhatsApp messages with them and forwarded several emails to their admin department - without even bothering to return my emails. I then requested a full refund of the said amount, but weeks has gone by and they do not pay the money into my bank account. I received a phone call from Zachia who apologized on behalf of the company and assured me that she will refer the matter to the accounts department without delay. She even wanted to know if I preferred a Yoko payment or an EFT payment. I informed her that I would like an EFT payment into my bank account, which I provided. Today it is 1month and 5 days since I ordered the items, and my requests for the refund into my bank account are just ignored flat. I iniormed the said company (Onedealaday) that I was going to report the matter to Hello Peter, but they just said that they are sorry!!
I am SO disappointed with the way Onedealaday is handling this matter that I did not even wanted to give them a one star rating.
I am a pensioner and do NOT need to be treated this way.!!!!
