I have ordered a ****le in November 2023. My Fibre Internet was installed in November aswel and had a 6 month contract, where I was not allowed to cancel before this period, otherwise I would have to pay back the amount of the router that was installed. I have cancelled the contract in April nd paid for May by accident and now I try to get the mine back which I have paid pro rata. I still did not receive my ****le and have send numerous emails to claim back the money they owe me! This company is arrogant and has no decency to reply on my emails. I would say don’t bother signing up with such an unprofessional company who I will now have to appoint an attorney to solve this matter!
