Worst customer support
save yourselves the trouble and just don't get any product with them. Their customer service is non-existence. No customer support what so ever. Their whatsapp line never goes through and forget about being assisted there.

Unprofessional and unreliable!
I have ordered a ****le in November 2023. My Fibre Internet was installed in November aswel and had a 6 month contract, where I was not allowed to cancel before this period, otherwise I would have to pay back the amount of the router that was installed. I have cancelled the contract in April nd paid for May by accident and now I try to get the mine back which I have paid pro rata. I still did not receive my ****le and have send numerous emails to claim back the money they owe me! This company is arrogant and has no decency to reply on my emails. I would say don’t bother signing up with such an unprofessional company who I will now have to appoint an attorney to solve this matter!

Techmike Fibre experience
Techmike offers unreliable service and abysmal customer support. If you rely on a stable internet connection and expect competent assistance when problems arise, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I cannot recommend Techmike to anyone seeking a dependable internet service provider.
