save yourselves the trouble and just don't get any product with them. Their customer service is non-existence. No customer support what so ever. Their whatsapp line never goes through and forget about being assisted there.
I cancelled a contract for a for a Fixed router before it got delivered. They bill you before you even start using it. Trying to get a reimbur*****t from them is a game of pillar to post. Their call centre agents all tell you different stories.
I have cancelled my policy months ago but they keep debiting off my account. Their phone number is no longer going through. How do I get hold of them?
I've been trying to cancel my car insurance with the insurance company for the past 2 days without any assistance. They are hard to get hold of (even on their whatsapp). It's like once you're in, you can't get out.
If there was a rating below 1,they would totally deserve it. I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I have an extended warranty cover with them for over a year now and this is my first ever claim. My vehicle went in for repairs on Monday and nothing can be done to it until authorization has been received. It's been a back and forth of sending documents that they require for the past 3 days and even after the receipt of those documents, nothing is happening. They don't even bother calling you to update you on what is happening with the claim. Every time you call them, you get different information from different consultants. It really seems like they all get different training manuals. The lack of transparency and communication from M-sure is appalling. Yuh! Ha ah maan. We can't be dealing with a pandemic then have to deal with M-sure too.
