This has honestly been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I purchased a new iPad 10th Generation from their Durban branch over two weeks ago, and to this day, I have not received it, no refund, and no real solution.
It’s been nothing but lies and empty promises from the start. I was given two different waybills, both wrong, and each time I called, I was told something new. Shaun told me he was flying back to Durban on Saturday — now suddenly, I’m being told by Sibahle that he’s out of the country. Which is it?
To make things worse, every single call gets diverted to Sibahle, who is by far one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever spoken to. She offers no help, no empathy, no accountability — just attitude.
I trusted this company because my sister had previously ordered through them, but this has been a nightmare. It’s all talk, no action. No one should have to chase after what they paid for!
Do yourself a favor — don’t ever buy from them. I wouldn’t wish this kind of frustration and dishonesty on anyone.
