This has honestly been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I purchased a new iPad 10th Generation from their Durban branch over two weeks ago, and to this day, I have not received it, no refund, and no real solution. It’s been nothing but lies and empty promises from the start. I was given two different waybills, both wrong, and each time I called, I was told something new. Shaun told me he was flying back to Durban on Saturday — now suddenly, I’m being told by Sibahle that he’s out of the country. Which is it? To make things worse, every single call gets diverted to Sibahle, who is by far one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever spoken to. She offers no help, no empathy, no accountability — just attitude. I trusted this company because my sister had previously ordered through them, but this has been a nightmare. It’s all talk, no action. No one should have to chase after what they paid for! Do yourself a favor — don’t ever buy from them. I wouldn’t wish this kind of frustration and dishonesty on anyone.
I recently moved places and was trying to arrange that my internet get connected and the new house. It fell under Openserve but for 2 weeks openserve had not assisted me at all, Nicole however at Aeonova360 went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my internet is connected to a point she was working while at her year end i felt so bad but she wanted to ensure i get sorted and for me that is above and behyong customer service she did her level best and communicated everyday to ask me if Openserve had been in touch. I am so impressed with the service Nicole rendered to me she went above and beyond and in this era it is rare to find service providers who will go above and beyond i am impressed with Nicole's service thank you Nicole.
<p>I would like to thank Hawk Lake Spur Centurion Manager Lujeanee and the waiter Milton for their excellent customer service. Lujeanne manager at Hawk Lake Spur was quick to attend to my complaint regarding the bad service I had received when I went there a while back. <br /> <br /> She provided timely and helpful advice regarding the situation at hand and made me an offer to come back and experience a different experience. She made my family experience their service again and the experience was beyond amazing, Spur is a place I take my kids and both kids were satisfied and overjoyed . I really want to commend Milton the waiter who waitered our table he was on the ball with everything we literally felt like royalty on a busy Saturday afternoon at spur he made sure we ok , he constantly checked on us and his smile and service made the experience so much more unforgettable.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> Please accept my gratitude towards Milton and Lujeanee for their speedy and efficient services. I will definitely go back to spur centurion mall</p>
<p> </p> <p>I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from Hawk Lake Spur on October 03, 2016</p> <p>I have been a loyal customer of your franchise for the past 3 years, I have time and again received great service at your franchise especially Spur Centurion Lifestyle Centre as they cater well to children then again spur accommodates children well which is one of the main reasons my family eats at your franchise. But to my surprise, on the date of October 03, 2016, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service.</p> <p>On the said date, we went out as family to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday Monday start of the week , not something one would like to do , but seeing as spur is what she wanted as she was excited to play , get the famous birthday song from spur as well as use up her voucher she got from spur to eat. Unfortunately her favourite branch lifestyle was full and there was a waiting list of people outside. We then decided to go to the one at the mall Hawk Lake Spur .</p> <p>We were led to our table by a waiter whom I did not get their name as they had no name tag. As he sat us down I mentioned to him it is my daughter’s birthday today and she will be using the voucher she got. We Sat at the table with the menu we ordered our food and drinks at the same time as well as the kids food. He left but did not take the menus came mid-way through and left table mats on the tables as well not placing them and still left the menus on our table . It looked like a big mess only when our drinks came did he remove the menus. I realised the ice tea I ordered is not the brand I like which is Lipton ice tea , was given Fuze to which I asked can I have a coke instead , 15min into the evening I did not get anything ,I eventually got my coke after asking 2 other waiters for a coke. When the kids food came. Our order eventually came through food was great but no eye of our waiter to check up on us if we needed any sauce or more drink.? My son was getting irritable as well as it was getting late (although I feel if our waiter checked up on us regularly we would have got to the desert and all quick) sat at the table for another 15min waiting for the waiter to clear the table as well as order the desert and have the long awaited song my daughter was looking forward too. I ordered the desert and as I expected as how other Spurs would do it when they bring through the desert they bring through the ice-cream and sing the birthday song , but alas no song was sang and the disappointment on my daughters face shattered me as I guess was that was the last straw for me. I could have gone to eat supper somewhere else and have her birthday dinner there but she wanted spur for all the perks and to not have got it really annoyed me.</p> <p> I asked for the manager from one of the waiters as our waiter was no where to be seen which that took another while I had to get up and ask for our bill at the front as well as the manager ? eventually Eric the manager came through I explained my situation and to then be told to write in a book , I don’t think that solved any of my frustration I was feeling at that moment as I was really annoyed and only after the issue was addressed do they come sing happy birthday which at that point we really did not care. I paid my bill I did not tip the waiter as I felt he did nothing nor did I use up my daughter’s birthday voucher and rather paid the full bill even thou the experience was **** for her and the family as well. I feel I could have spent my money elsewhere and had a better service than what I experienced tonight.</p> <p>I was appalled at such poor service . I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident like this is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon.</p>
I am highly disappointed in mtn irene services. It truly gives mtn the brand a bad name. I have been a loyal myn customer for 4 years i literally converted to mtn from Vodacom due to the high praises and good rates Mtn offers. although now that has seemed dismal, i am due for an upgrade since last year but was waiting on the Samsung6 edge i put my name down on the waiting list in March we in JUly still no phone or communication about it bare in mind i have visted MTN IRENE several times to ask about phone and get told different stories to the point i changed my upgrade to an s6 and was promised will be called in a week still nothing and we in JULY? in APril i applied for a laptop additional to my 3 contacts i have with MTN to this day i am still waiting on if it was approved or not ..Mtn irene has poor services and has made one reconsider moving over to cell c as of the bad service i have been receiving from MTN IRENE...mtn please resolve this matter??
