INCOMPETENT STAFF AND TECHNICIANS
In our experience, Technospa has delivered such bad service. A hot tub was installed at our property by an incompetent technician who absolutely did not know what he was doing. The installation was not done correctly and this resulted in our property almost catching fire. After several attempts to negotiate with Technospa and its staff to rather remove their hot tub and refund our money, they ignore our requests. We are taking this matter further.

This is not the case, we are to date still willing to assist however our calls are not taken.
Please note -
* Your site was not ready for installation and we were called back to do the installation at a later stage, on numerous occasions.
* A third party that does not know how to connect our systems worked on it which resulted in the unit almost catching fire.
* We did not do a hand over and advised not to use the system as yet until we are done, and again a third party was called in to work on our products.
All of these points result in a breach of Warranty.
Please refrain from making any further defamatory statements against our company as this matter has already been handed over and is being dealt with accordingly.
