Technostar Durban is really first class! This is the 2nd time I have dealt with them. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The workmanship is outstanding! They truly are the best! A very big thank you to Wayne, Jonathan and Thembakazi for being so helpful and patient with me. You were all so professional and courteous. Well done to all. Keep up the excellent service. Had the best cappuccino too

Struggled for 2 weeks to just get an answer on if the quote they sent me is still valid, eventually I decided to give up, take out their old tub and replace it with another brand. They don’t want your business, so don’t waste your time.

I called them initially to ask for the pump to be serviced and for the heating element to be controlled on top of the jacuzzi. They arrived and started the service but then told me the pump had to be replaced. I bought a new pump and they came back to install it and connected the heating element control to one of the air switches. There was no way of telling if the heating element was on or off so I asked if they could install a light which indicates if the element is on or off. They said yes and came back a third time to install the light. More than R8500 later...they left and I decided to test the jacuzzi a few days later and found that they completely destroyed the box for the DB board to install the light. I'm now left with a dangerous situation and a mess and they are now giving me uphill. I have asked them to come back and replace the box that they broke and they don't seem to care now. 3 call out charges and R8500 later and I'm left with this broken DB board box. Disgusting if you ask me. I would not recommend them. After they removed the so called faulty pump they wanted to take it with them. I asked why and they said they could take it to be repaired in Durbanville somewhere and resell it. Stay away from this company. And to top if off, I tried calling their so called head office in JHB and both of the numbers on their website do not exist. Don't bother with this company, you'll end up spending more than you should have and you'll be left with a disaster. I see they have tried to create a new website. The website address is cpt.technospa....be aware......it's all a money making racket

One of the worst jacuzzi companies in South Africa. We purchased 3 Jacuzzi's from them. All of the 3 gave problems less then 1 year. There was multiple parts replacements. Once they have their money, the remain silent. They do not take responsibility for any fitment. We had to arrange labor as their people was not sufficient to get anyone here to assist. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!

I placed an order for solar panels. Paid R18 200.00. This company then came through and installed the panels. 10 days later, I contacted them to inform them that the water was still not warm. The salesman then went through a few things with me and so I followed his instructions and gave it a few more days. Since we had some cloudy days, I thought that I would wait for hot days and then access the situation. We then had a full week of sunshine. To my disappointment, the water still did not heat up. My pool is used as a swim school. I was now losing business. I contacted the salesman once again on the 2nd October, to inform him about the situation. He said to me that from his experience, 8 solar panels should be sufficient to heat my pool water. I personally feel that maybe they were short 2 panels. My pool is 10m x 5m and depth varies from 70cm to about 1.2m to the deepest end. I then purchased an electric heater as I was losing business. I am so disappointed as I have a solar heating system which I do not use and this has set me back R18 000 The company did not bother coming through to check or rectify the problem. I do not recommend this company at all.

In our experience, Technospa has delivered such bad service. A hot tub was installed at our property by an incompetent technician who absolutely did not know what he was doing. The installation was not done correctly and this resulted in our property almost catching fire. After several attempts to negotiate with Technospa and its staff to rather remove their hot tub and refund our money, they ignore our requests. We are taking this matter further.
