I requested two dstv subs to be connected in January. I emailed DSTV the serial numbers etc. Now they have sent me a bill for 5 DSTV subs. I did not sign up for 5. Where are the other 3 serial numbers? They cannot connect me without serial numbers. I have emails to prove that I only requested two dstv to be connected. Now they slap me with a bill of R2000! This is not acceptable. I previously had dstv and disconnected due to issues with their accounts. I use netflix in my b&b however some guests wish to watch sport therefore I chose to connect two.
Good day, I own a b&b. I have been struggling for the last 2 weeks to get into the extranet. which is a portal for hotels, b&bs and different establishments. I keep putting in forgot password. resend link. However there is no link coming to my email in order for me to reset. I have called the call center but they cannot assist me. I am now lost. I am losing business. I haven't paid my account as the invoice is on the portal. I did not receive the last invoice as per email. I need someone to assist me urgently. This was the only way of trying to get their attention.

I have been battling with Avis to get a refund They over charged me and wrongly debited my credit card account I now have fnb on my case and they say I'm overdrawn. The manager at Avis Port Elizabeth Airport branch does not respond to emails For such a big company I am so disappointed!!! Their service is pathetic
I placed an order for solar panels. Paid R18 200.00. This company then came through and installed the panels. 10 days later, I contacted them to inform them that the water was still not warm. The salesman then went through a few things with me and so I followed his instructions and gave it a few more days. Since we had some cloudy days, I thought that I would wait for hot days and then access the situation. We then had a full week of sunshine. To my disappointment, the water still did not heat up. My pool is used as a swim school. I was now losing business. I contacted the salesman once again on the 2nd October, to inform him about the situation. He said to me that from his experience, 8 solar panels should be sufficient to heat my pool water. I personally feel that maybe they were short 2 panels. My pool is 10m x 5m and depth varies from 70cm to about 1.2m to the deepest end. I then purchased an electric heater as I was losing business. I am so disappointed as I have a solar heating system which I do not use and this has set me back R18 000 The company did not bother coming through to check or rectify the problem. I do not recommend this company at all.
I have had a problem since last year with my account. DSTV claimed that I did not make full payments. Going back and forth, I was not winning. I therefore decided to pay the amount they said I owed. I was happy and connected. I have made payments from last year November up until this month. They then disconnected me once again. I have sent them proof of payments and now after 1 hour they have reconnected me. I am running a bed and breakfast and this is very inconvenient and upsets guests. I was told now that the reason for DSTV disconnecting me was due to the incorrect date I pay every month. However they also said they cannot pick up my payments. Only when i emailed them, did they reconnect me.

I had a cancelled ticket in February. My agent requested a refund. Its now over 6 months and I still have not received the refund. This is absolutely ludicrous I cancelled with Qatar and got refunded within 3 weeks. What is the delay with Egypt air. What more do you need to refund a client.
Hi, I have confirmed an upgrade on my contract on the 19th July. I requested a new cell phone. They said they dont have stock of one, so I accepted the one they did have stock off. Up until now, I have heard nothing from VODACOM.
