Incorrect part packaging

I wanted a washing machine part. Went to Roodeport branch and they called Strijdom park to confirm that the part is there. When I got to Strijdom park they said the part is wrong. Their warehouse packaged an incorrect part, they allowed me to drive there just to tell me that the part is wrong and on top of that I am heavy pregnant. So frustrating and wasted my time and petrol. No respect for customers
